Diagnostics:

An extensive check is done on your pc/laptop to determine/pinpoint
problems such as:

- Virus infection.
- Boot sector corruption.
- File system corruption.
- Data corruption.
- Faulty hardware (processor, motherboard, ram, graphics card, cdrom, 
  harddisk, power supply, mouse, soundcard)
- Misconfigured software settings.
- Wrongly connected wirings.

Some common symptoms of PC/laptop problems:

- System fails to boot up.
- System operates very slowly/unacceptably slow loading of programs.
- System freeze/hang often.
- Random reboots.
- Whirling/clicking sounds coming from the casing.
- Inserted CD/DVD cannot be read/accessed.
- Mouse cursor doesnt move/no response from keyboard buttons.
- No sound from speakers.
- Repeated error messages when running programs.
- Repeated error messages when using windows.
- MSN windows opening by themselves and
  sending messages to people in contact list
- contacts telling you that you sent email them with virus attachments.

Repairs:

Solutions are applied as decided by you. Faulty parts may be replaced.
Formatting of harddisk if required.
Reinstallation of software if needed. Follow Ups if required.

Data recovery:

After a diagnostic is done for you, if there is possibility to retrieve
all/part of the data residing in the harddisk. You will be advised on the
option of data recovery and the possible charges, time taken to retrieve
the data, the type of data recoverable.

Setup Network:

Setting up of a LAN at home, linking pcs/laptops at your home.
At your office via a network.
Or just connecting a pc/laptop to internet.

**Assemble new PC(customized):

You can customize the new pc configurations to your own liking or
state your criteria (e.g. a budget for the new PC)
A new pc will assembled, customized as instructed and delivered to you.

**Upgrade (current) PC(customized):

You can upgrade the parts of your current pc configurations to your own liking
or state your criteria (e.g. need a faster PC to cope with  new software)

Call us/email us and state your requirements, a quotation will be done for you.
Parts will be purchased, customized as instructed and install on-site for you.

**All necessary parts purchased for usage in your PC will be billed to you directly for each session.
 At least 50% of the total amount payable must be paid upfront as DEPOSIT before purchases/delivery are processed.
